I'm Ashley! I'm the photographer at Rustic Thyme Studios!  Here's just about everything you need to know about me.... 

 

• I consume an unhealthy amount of caffeine each day. At this point, all the water in my body has probably been replaced with Diet Coke and iced coffee. Oops! 
   

• I'm a farmer's wife, but only on the technicality that I married a farmer and my kids are OBSESSED with cows. If you ask me anything other than what types of animals we have on the farm, I'll likely refer you to my better half, Curtis. He's pretty awesome and runs Cauley Ag Estates (which is a real farm... so that counts, right?). 
   

• I LOVE laughter. I actually don't know how not to laugh. My laugh is loud and obnoxious. Anyone will tell you that the harder I try to contain it, the more eruptive it is. Want to get me to snort? Just whip out your best laffy taffy joke. Yea, I love them. This is NOT a joke.

• ​People often think I'm adventurous... which is hilarious to me. My idea of "roughin' it" is staying at a hotel without a pool -- and the biggest risk I'm taking these days is driving around with my low gas light on, without a gas station in sight.
   

• I love furbabies. I am obsessed with dogs, and I usually have to remind myself not to pinch every dog's cheeks while squealing, "you are the cutest" in the voice your great aunt Belinda used to use. 
   

• I HATE socks and baked beans. Yep, I said it publicly. Send all the hate mail you want. I said what I said.

• My studio is my home away from home. Most weeks, I probably spend more time there than I do at my own house. If the curtain is open and the lights are on... stop in and say hello. Bring Diet Coke.
